Roger Bullington
Roger has vast experience in construction since 1984 and in the development & real estate industries since 2006. Roger’s experience in construction includes pre-construction services, management, and the role of project executive. Development experience includes large mixed-use development, public-private partnerships and partnership relations. Roger graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with his Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and his Masters of Business Administration. Roger is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Nebraska.
Ralph Castner
Ralph has been involved in a wide range of financial and real estate roles over his 35 year career. For 18 years he led the finance organization at Cabela’s. In his role as Chief Financial Officer he was responsible for all financial aspects of the organization. For eight of those years, Ralph oversaw the new store site selection and construction process. During the period, Cabela’s grew its retail footprint from 30 units to over 90 units while more than doubling revenues. Prior to joining Cabela’s, he was employed by First Data Corporation and the public accounting firm of Touche Ross and Co. Ralph graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with degrees in Accounting and Finance and received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Ralph is a Certified Public Accountant.
Jon Walker
Jon has a broad array of real estate experience over 30 years. His expertise crosses the real estate spectrum in financing, brokerage, contract and lease negotiation, and financial analysis. He has transacted in all asset classes and most geographies nationally, with activity across the spectrum of complexity. His experience as a real estate broker not only includes traditional brokerage activities, but also debt placement and equity formation for individuals and portfolio transactions. Jon’s overall transaction volume totals in excess of $970 million. Jon graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Bachelor’s degree in Finance, and received a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Rockhurst College in Kansas City, Missouri.
