Frankfort Square Partners is sponsoring the acquisition and construction of a multi-tenant medical office building adjacent to the Grand Island Regional Medical Center, which is under construction and scheduled to open in May 2020.
This project is situated on a 4.55-acre site located in Grand Island, Nebraska.
The 66,000 square foot property will house a rehab center, family practice office, and other medical facilities. When fully leased, the project will include 10-12 tenants.
Frankfort Square Partners will provide asset management and property management services for the property.
